HELPING PATIENTS HEAL, ONE MOVEMENT AT A TIME. 

My approach to helping others reach their personal movement goals is centered around empathetic listening, adaptable care, and creative methods of integrating healthy movement into daily practice. As a practicing physical therapist and physical therapy educator, I am committed to building public literacy around pelvic health and movement benefits more broadly. My practice revolves around three core principles:

LISTEN

I listen to your concerns with empathy and genuine curiosity. I investigate the driver of your problem, identifying what is needed to find balance within your body.

COLLABORATE

 Together, we will establish realistic goals, and with collaboration develop a plan to set you up for success in PT. There is no one right way to "do" PT. Let's work together to find the way that works best for you.

LEARN

 I devise clear, progressive plans to encourage you to learn, heal and feel independent and ready to be discharged from PT fearlessly. The evaluation never ends, and treatment starts day 1.
